When you wake up, think of the women of Ukraine,
When you put on makeup, think of the women of Ukraine,
When you drop kids off on the school run, think of the women of Ukraine,
When your working day has just begun, think of the women of Ukraine,
When you take your daughter swimming, think of the women of Ukraine,
When you get home early and feel like you’re winning, think of the women of Ukraine,
When you kiss your kids goodnight, think of the women of Ukraine,
When the day’s done, and you turn off the light, think of the women of Ukraine,
Because just a few weeks ago, their days would have been the same.
Today, they’re sheltering in rat-infested bunkers, holding rifles, or fleeing their country.
